Guitar Project #3 Empty

In 2006 I bought a mexican made Fender Stratocaster Richie Sambora Signature. That was for a laughable 275 euro. He actually expected 400 euros for it, new in the shop it was 650 euro (1300 guilders). Lately I saw a blue variant with Fender HSS single coils at the cost of 850 euros.

Since it's 14 years old, the frets of the old neck are pretty worn out. Recently I bought a custom built guitar neck from 'Tommy' out of Hong Kong. Its a decent maple neck with star-inlay. I bought Fender decals, the main one still has to be attached.
The 2 standard single coils from Mexico are replaced with Fender custom shop Texas Specials. They sound AWESOME. Then the Bridge and the springs are replaced by an original Floyd Rose bridge (The Floyd Rose II is out). The neck plate is replaced by a custom engraved one from someone in the US. It has standard Fender tuners (same as the Mexico version) and Fender USA string guides - that still need to be attached. The top locking mechanism is also replaced by the one that came with the Floyd Rose bridge. The rest of the guitar is the same (wiring, switch, tone and volume, pickguard, DiMarzio PAF Pro pickup, popular black body. The pickguard used to be 100% white, but that aging proces is brilliant!
